In Moscow, billionaire Ibragim Suleymanov was accused of carrying out two massacres. This is reported by RIA Novosti.
According to the agency, he is accused of revenge against Vnukovo Airlines union member Gennady Borisov, former head of the Federal Bankruptcy and Financial Rehabilitation Service Georgy Tal, as well as plotting to murder lawyer Ilya Peregudov.
Suleymanov was arrested on the night of October 2. He is one of the most influential billionaires in Russia. He was previously convicted of fraud and money laundering, but despite this, he was able to maintain influence and power.
