Türkiye President Recep Tayyip Erdogan wants to accelerate organizing a possible meeting by Russian leader Vladimir Putin and his colleague Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in Istanbul. This was declared by Türkiye's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Ria Novosti.

We, as negotiators, are trying to bring positions of the Russian and Ukraine Federation, who have disagreements on this issue, the head of the department said.
According to him, Erdogan believes that thanks to the leaders' meeting, it will be able to overcome some of the last moments in the negotiations between the delegations.
