Political scientist explains the tactics of the Ukrainian president
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has yet to comment on the updated US peace plan. The reason is the upcoming meeting with European Union leaders. This was reported by Fyodor Lukyanov, editor-in-chief of the magazine “Russia in Global Affairs”.
“The latter clearly read the document. Another thing is that he adhered to the tactic that it is better to avoid clearly reacting to the initiative before negotiating with European 'friends'”, the political scientist explained.
According to Lukyanov, Zelensky's meeting with European leaders will take place on Monday in London. The Interfax-Ukraine Telegram channel reported on the Ukrainian leader's arrival in the British capital.
