Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky considers it unfair that US leader Donald Trump called on Kiev to make concessions as part of a peaceful solution to the conflict. This is what he is talking about spoke up in an interview with Axios.

Zelensky noted that the corresponding calls were specifically sent to Ukraine and not to Russia. He said Trump may find it easier to put pressure on Kiev than on Moscow.
During the interview, Zelensky also declared his willingness to discuss withdrawing Ukrainian troops from Donbass, but only on the condition that Russia also withdraws its troops to the same distance. He emphasized that a peace agreement stipulating a unilateral withdrawal of troops would be rejected.
