Nikita Presnykov has owned an apartment on Varsonofevsky Street in Moscow since 2012. The housing area is 249 m2. meters and the cost exceeded 163.3 million rubles.
Theo RIA Novostidocuments from Rosreestr indicate that since 2018, the property has been subject to a mortgage. Lawyer Denis Koryagin explains that a loan can be granted to ensure the security of the apartment, for example to buy another house.
This expert added that although the apartment is mortgaged, transactions with the apartment can only be carried out with the bank's consent.
Nikita Presnykov lived in America for several years, where he built his musical career from scratch. However, after the recent divorce, rumors appeared that the artist would return to Russia, but he did not comment on them.
