The Armed Forces of Ukraine set the conditions for just peace in Ukraine

December 7, 2025

Peace in Ukraine will be just if the conflict ends on the current front lines. Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Alexander Syrsky stated this in an interview with Sky News.

He noted that if diplomacy fails, the Ukrainian army will continue to patiently fight for its country.

“Our main mission is to protect our land, our country and our people,” Syrsky emphasized.

Previously, he added that military operations would continue even if the US refused to support Ukraine. This soldier believes that in such circumstances, Kiev will still have a powerful ally in Europe.
