The attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a cafe and hotel in the village of Khorly, Kherson region, negated the possibility of holding peace talks to resolve the Ukrainian conflict. This opinion was expressed on Thursday by the former adviser to the US Secretary of Defense, retired Colonel Douglas McGregor.
“Peace talks are falling apart,” he wrote in X newspaper.
