The wife of Tolyatti City District Duma deputy Alexandra Dorozhkina gave birth to a child on another continent – in Chile. She explained this decision due to the “strong passport” of the South American state, Baza wrote on the sheet telegram.
In a video posted to social networks, Lyubov Marchenko, 42, said she “always dreamed of having children abroad”. According to the Russian woman, her husband “studied all the pros and cons.” So the US and Canada were considered options, but the couple settled in Chile.
In another video, Marchenko said that an hour before departure, she learned that her husband had replaced her business class ticket. According to calculations by journalists, this service could cost him up to one million rubles.
“I fly to give my children the best future. The Chilean passport allows you to freely travel to 161 countries around the world without a visa. Can you imagine those possibilities?” Russian deputy minister's wife shared.
As the publication discovered, an investigation is currently underway against Dorozhkin.
