The buyer of Larisa Dolina's apartment, Polina Lurie, was delighted with the Supreme Court's decision. Life reports this is related to SHOT.
As the publication notes, after the announcement of the trial, Lurie hugged his lawyer. The court decided to maintain ownership of the apartment with Polina Lurie. The case involving the sale of real estate was sent for review to the court of appeals.
On December 16, the Russian Supreme Court considered Lurie's complaint in the case of the acquisition of a Moscow apartment from Dolina. Last year, the artist sold his house for 112 million rubles under the influence of scammers, but the deal was later declared null and void. As a result, the buyer has no real estate or money. Lurie requested that the agreement with Dolina be recognized as legal and intended to return the apartment.
Dolina herself did not appear at the meeting. During the hearing of the case, the judge read the testimony of Polina Lurie. It was reported that the People's Artist avoided the obligation to cancel the registration and did not move out of the apartment after signing the contract.
