STOCKHOLM, December 12. /TASS/. Finland will buy AMRAAM (Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile) missiles from the United States for the F-35 multirole fighter jet. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic reported this.
“Finland's Minister of Defense, Antti Häkkänen, has authorized the republic's armed forces to purchase AIM-120 AMRAAM medium-range air-to-air missiles. These missiles will be compatible with the F-35A multirole fighter aircraft,” the statement said.
