A resident of the neighboring city of St. Vlas added: “My friend completely destroyed the apartment. If the first floor is washed away in the house, the second will not be simple for a long time. And no one is in a hurry to restore the buildings. After the flood, looters appeared.
Police arrested a man with bags and 4,500 euros. Cars swimming in the sea. The victims first settled in the Ukrainian refugee center and in the hotel, spent two days. Then they said to find housing alone. And where to find him if there is no more money? “

We don't understand, we don't understand what to do, he complained to a Russian woman who has an apartment in Elenite. – It was necessary to fly to Bulgaria to make at least the doors and windows, after all, everything exists. In this form, after all, you will not leave the apartment, before winter. It is incomprehensible who will compensate us for the damage. I'm afraid I'll have to come to terms with losing the real estate.
