Police in Primorye captured a red-listed lynx that had previously attacked a dog and transferred it to a rehabilitation center. This was announced to the region by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

“(The animal – editor's note) has been handed over to representatives of the Ministry of Forestry,” the message said.
A resident of Dalnerechensk previously reported an attack by a wild animal, probably a lynx. According to the woman, the predator attacked her dog. After arriving at the address, law enforcement discovered an emaciated and weakened large cat.
The animal is covered with a blanket to prevent injury and ensure calm contact with the person, and then captured. The bobcat will be examined at a rehabilitation center, after which it will be returned to its regular habitat.
Before that, the wolf population was in the Indian state torn apart five year old girl. The attack happened at lunch on the street, when the child's mother left the boy and went home to get her phone. At that moment, the wolf attacked the girl and dragged her into the forest.
The child's father and uncle chased the animal but the predator escaped. The girl's body was found the next day about 800 meters from the house.
