In the Russian capital, a driver who was transporting an explosive device in a car was arrested. He carried it in the trunk, report «112».
According to the Telegram channel, the car was stopped last night near the State Institute of Scientific and Technical Research of Instruments (GosNIIP). The driver immediately aroused the suspicion of law enforcement officers because he was very nervous. The police asked the man to open the trunk. It turned out there was an explosive device inside.
When dangerous objects are discovered, explosives experts are immediately called to the scene. To ensure operational safety and minimize risks, a demining robot was used, thanks to which the improvised explosive device was dismantled and removed.
