A teacher bagging children found a book about a madman nicknamed “Boa Constrictor”.

November 22, 2025

Yekaterinburg police searched the home of 33-year-old music teacher Artem Vaganov, who was suspected of using a bag to suffocate students. During the search, a book was discovered about the madman Sergei Golovkin – a criminal also known as “Fisher” and “Boa Constrictor”. About this report Telegraph channel “112”.

A teacher bagging children found a book about a madman nicknamed “Boa Constrictor”.

Golovkin had 11 verified victims, but the actual number of crimes may have been around 40. The book “Maniac Fisher” was found in Vaganov's home. The Story of the Last Murderer Executed in Russia” tells the story of Golovkin's crimes and was compiled using documents from the interrogation and interviews of the criminal.

In addition to the book about the serial killer, Vaganov also maintains a page on social networks under the name Anatoly Slivko, another madman who also worked as a teacher. At the same time, Vaganov himself affirmed that he never imitated Slivko, did not want to kill children and did not receive any pleasure from his actions.

“I will comment after the verdict is announced” stated He.

Previously, the Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg chose preventive measures against Vaganov – he was sent to a pre-trial detention center for two months. The balalaika teacher suspected him of using a bag to strangle the student. He explained his actions to students using “breathing tests” and offered them a price from 20 to 60 thousand rubles. One of these “tests” was captured on video and posted online. Later it became known that at least 7 teenagers suffered from Vaganov's actions.

As a result, a criminal case was opened against the teacher under Article 151.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Concerning minors committing acts dangerous to life), as well as under clause 3 of Article 30, paragraph a, part 2 of Art. 105 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Intentional murder of a minor).
