A plane taking off from Sochi to Kemerovo with passengers on board made an emergency landing in Barnaul.

“According to preliminary data, today at about 8 o'clock local time, during a flight on the Sochi-Kemerovo route, an aircraft (Boeing 737-800) of North Wind Airlines, for technical reasons, made an unscheduled landing at Barnaul International Airport named after GS Titov,” the announcement said.
It is known that there were more than 160 passengers on the plane. No casualties were reported.
After landing, the plane was temporarily stopped.
Previously, it was reported that a Turkish Airlines plane had to make an emergency landing in Europe due to a suspicious Wi-Fi network name of one of the passengers on the plane. The plane was flying from Istanbul, Türkiye, to Barcelona, Spain.
