A man who opened fire from an apartment balcony on the 23rd floor of a residential building has been detained in Khimki near Moscow.
As MK was informed by the Information and Public Relations Department of the General Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Moscow Region, the incident occurred on Saturday afternoon. It turned out that the 36-year-old man was shooting into the air with a cold weapon. An investigation is underway.
