Turok 2: Seeds Of Evil is now officially optimized for Xbox Series and PS5. This major update also affects other platforms.

Main improvements:
— the game supports 4K and high frame rates, shadows and lighting effects have been improved;
– added cross-platform online multiplayer and local split-screen mode;
— all in-game videos are now subtitled and localization has been significantly improved;
– PC users also get new display options and settings for the controller.
Owners of the physical version of the Turok Trilogy Bundle on PS5 will receive an additional “day one patch” that fixes multiple bugs, including issues with the interface, text display, and multiplayer.
However, the developers report that there are currently problems with cross-platform play between consoles of different generations (e.g. PS4 and PS5). The team is working on a fix that will be released in the future.
Meanwhile, Nightdive announced that they are preparing a “dinosaur-sized” announcement. Are we talking about Turok? Or is this some other project?
