A group of enthusiasts working on the fan servers of the closed shooter Anthem talked about the revival of the game. After showing videos of the servers in action, the community was inspired. But programmers have problems that remain unresolved.

“For example, when we tried to load most maps, NPCs didn't appear but some did. And we still have to figure out why,” enthusiasts noted.
They are “75%” confident that they will be able to solve the problem, but it will take a lot of time because everyone on the team has other things to do. However, results cannot be guaranteed.
EA permanently shut down Anthem servers on January 12. Fans have said goodbye to their favorite game, and BioWare veteran Mark Darrah says it could be revived by fans. During development, he said, the studio used a local server. But what happens to the code now remains unknown.
