You can find a kiosk selling soccer magazines at the north end of Marano Station in northwest Buried City. There are two kiosks at the station, but only the one on the north side is open. Step inside and you'll see a notice that you can take a photo of it.
To get the bike pump, exit the kiosk and go to the bike against the north wall, near the front of the kiosk. An item will appear in your inventory – you need to take it out of battle and give it to Apollo. But if you already have a bike pump in your stash, you might as well donate it; This method is only guaranteed for those who do not have a pump.
Next – a soccer goal and a ball. They are much easier to find because the quest roughly tells you where to look. The gate is located at the east end of the water tower at the southwest corner of the dam, right next to the tower.
Finally, a deflated soccer ball lies in a small metal box on the grass between the goal and the tower. Just like a bicycle pump, the ball can technically be found anywhere, but it's guaranteed to appear in that location.
