The Counter-Strike 2 shooting team has become the seventh discipline of the Esports Nations Cup 2026 team tournament. The final part of the competition will be held from November 10 to 15 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a prize fund of 1.32 million USD.

The organizing committee plans to hold national qualifiers in 96 countries. The best teams from each country will then meet in the regional qualifiers, with the 24 winners advancing to the finals.
The national teams of Russia and Belarus will not participate in the Counter-Strike 2 tournament: they will only be allowed to compete in solo disciplines (currently chess, fighting game Fatal Fury: City of Wolves and Trackmania) in a neutral state.
In total, 16 tournaments for popular games will be held as part of ENC 2026: the list already includes Dota 2, Mobile Legends and now Counter-Strike 2. According to rumors, Valorant competitions are also planned.
