AMD has officially launched a series of new Ryzen Pro 9000 processor, including three models for OEM suppliers. They are based on Zen 5 granite ridge architecture, like regular Ryzen 9000, but there are control and safety functions. This is an important aspect for business.
The line is presented:
Ryzen 5 Pro 9645: 6 nuclei, 12 flow, 3.9 row 5.4 GHz;
Ryzen 7 Pro 9745: 8 nuclei, 16 threads, 3.8-5.4 GHz;
Ryzen 9 Pro 9945: 12 nuclei, 24 threads, 3.4, 5.4 GHz.
All processors have 65 W TDP and standard cache memory, and are also provided with Wraith Stealth's cooler. Compared to the previous pro series, Ryzen 9 Pro's basis has decreased slightly, but the ability to accelerate in the tasks becomes significantly higher. AMD claims that Ryzen 9 Pro 9945 is 44% faster in a blender and is up to 22% faster in production tests than Intel Core i7 throwing14 700.
The features of the Pro series include the company's management and security functions similar to Intel VPRO. Prices and usability are still unknown, because processors will be delivered to large companies through partners.
