The rate of rent increase in November 2025 was announced along with October inflation data, which is something that landlords and tenants are very interested in. Last month, the rate of change of CPI according to the 12-month average was 38.36. According to published data, the average CPI index over the past 12 months has become clear and this rate is decisive for the increase in house and workplace rents. WHAT IS THE RATE INCREASE IN NOVEMBER?
According to inflation data released by TÜİK on November 3, 2025, the average CPI for the 12 months to October was calculated as 37.15%. This rate will be applied where there is a legal limit on rent increases in housing and workplaces.
In other words, in November 2025, residential and workplace owners will be able to increase rents for their tenants by a maximum of 37.15%.
Because the 25% increase cap on rents expires on July 1, 2024 and has not been extended, rents are now likely to increase in line with the CPI's 12-month average. In this context, landlords will be able to increase rent at the current CPI level in November.
