1C Game Studios showed off a new gameplay trailer for the action-adventure game “War of the Worlds: Siberia.”
The video was chosen to coincide with the start of Comic Con Igromir 2025 and shows off the game's combat system in detail for the first time.
In the video, the main character escapes the deadly black smoke, then engages in battle with his opponent, combining close combat and shooting.
Judging by the footage, the developers are relying on cinematic presentation, tight gunfights, and dynamic melee combat without the ease of “arcade.” At the same time, the authors confirmed the release date – the project will be released in 2027 and will be exclusive to PC at launch.

“War of the Worlds: Siberia” is a third-person action game in an alternate history setting. Events take place at the end of the 19th century, when the Russian Empire faced a Martian invasion.
The player takes on the role of a student trying to escape captured Petrograd and reach Siberia, escaping the alien threat.
