Restrictions on arrivals and departures have been lifted at Pulkovo Airport. This was announced by the official representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako on his Telegram channel.

“Pulkovo airport operates normally, receiving and dispatching aircraft without restrictions,” he wrote.
Restrictions are in place to ensure flight safety.
Not long ago, restrictions on aircraft arrivals and departures were lifted at four airports. We are talking about the airports of Pskov, Gelendzhik, Grozny, Krasnodar.
Usually, restrictions at airports are introduced during the dangerous regime of UAVs in the regions.
The “Carpet” plan is a closed skies regime for all aircraft and orders the immediate landing or removal from a given area of all aircraft or helicopters in the air. Such a plan can be activated for various reasons: for example, in case of sudden changes in weather conditions that pose a threat to flights, in case of violation of airspace by another country's aircraft, or in case of attack by UAVs.
Previously, the number of Russian airports temporarily suspended had reached 6 airports.
