At The Game Awards 2025, the game 4:LOOP was announced.
As part of the event, audiences were introduced to the debut trailer.
Development is being done by studio Bad Robot Games, founded by famous film director JJ Abrams and Mike Booth, best known as one of the creators of cooperative shooter Left 4 Dead.
The authors describe their creation as a four-player tactical shooter with high replayability, in which you can assemble a team for every taste: “On the one hand, you and your teammates, on the other hand, are aliens. You will probably die, even more than once. But that's exactly what it's intended to be.”
A PC release via Steam and PlayStation 5 consoles is planned for next year. Release date not specified.
