Yamal authorities relaxed restrictions on mobile communications when there was no risk to people's safety, Governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Okrug Autonomous Region (YNAO) Dmitry Artyukhov said in a live line.

The official noted that so far drones have reached Komi and Tyumen.
“We have to prepare technically for this. There has to be a healthy balance here; my colleagues from law enforcement agencies and I are working on certain issues, and in some places we see that the measures are a bit redundant, but they can be simplified,” he said.
The district head added that security is a top priority, inconveniences are lurking and must be endured.
“There are remote threats, there are destructive threats, we also have to keep this in mind. We have a strategic area, so everyone has to be vigilant,” the governor said, noting that work in the area continues.
On September 5, the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation published a list of Internet services that will operate even when the Internet is down. It includes Gosuslugi, Max Messenger, several social networks, trading platforms and banking websites. The Ministry believes that this measure will reduce inconvenience for people.

In the second stage, the list included the websites of the State Duma, federal agencies, the Prosecutor General's Office, regional authorities and commercial services: Alfa Bank, Russian Railways, 2GIS, Tutu.ru, Maxim Taxi and Gismeteo. The list also includes media, including Gazeta.Ru. At the beginning of December, the platforms “Russia – Land of Opportunities”, “Youth of Russia”, the all-Russian student project “Your Move”, the real estate search service “Domklik”, the security system “Caesar Satellite” and the online cinema Okko were also added.
