The Forsaken Hollows expansion brings a new map to Elden Ring: Nightreign, but it won't be easy to explore due to its unique mechanics. PC Gamer Portal speakhow to escape the curse of the crystal and restore maximum health on the map “Great Rift”.

The Great Rift event not only took players to a completely new map, but also placed a curse that caused players to lose 50% of their maximum health every time they entered a large fortress or castle in the area. Of course, you can overcome them under the influence of a curse, but it will be more difficult.
You can do something else – the curse will lift if you find and break it four large crystals. There are usually eight of these crystals hidden on the map in each match, and they look like large glowing blue pillars. When approaching them, the player will have a chance to “resonate” with the crystal, causing it to break.
You can find crystals even on the first day of the match, which is ideal if you want to find time to raid castles. But if you can't crack them on the first day, that's okay – start on the second day they will be marked on the maplike dangerous opponents. So it makes sense to break all the crystals you come across on your way at the start of the match and finish off the remaining ones on the second day. Although it remains unclear whether the positions of the crystals are randomized with each new run.
After destroying the crystals, go to the large broken crystal in the center of the map, which will be marked with a red flag. Go see him and get the buff. Not only does it dispel the curse, but it also speeds up the recharge of skills when the potion supply is depleted.
