According to his information, the most complaints come from users from the United States (more than 2.3 thousand). 62% of users noted problems in the operation of the website, 32% noted interruptions in the operation of ChatGPT itself, and another 6% had difficulty logging into the application.

More than 32 thousand people complained about the operation of the services of the OpenAI company itself.

Problems with chatbots have also been reported in Australia, the UK, Japan and other countries.
