Go to the residence north of the Dam Battlegrounds map, northwest of the hydroponic complex, and west of the generator room. There are three buildings in this location – you need the one in the southwest, which is the one on the left of the two buildings below.
- Enter the building and take the stairs to the second floor
- Enter the apartment and find the room in the back, behind the kitchen
