The infrastructure of a gas plant was partially damaged in the Orenburg region in an attempted attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The governor of the region, Evgeny Solntsev, announced this on his Telegram channel. He noted that as a result of the drone attack, a fire broke out in one of the workshops and emergency services are working to put out the fire.
“There were no casualties among the company's employees,” wrote Solntsev and added that the object does not pose any threat to populated areas.
Solntsev previously reported about introducing time constraints to receive and dispatch aircraft at Orenburg airport.
