US President Donald Trump mocked his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron during a summit in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, on a peaceful solution in the Gaza Strip.
French Member of the European Parliament Thierry Mariani made this statement on his X page.
“Macron's comedy is no longer successful anywhere,” the MP wrote.
He said Trump had publicly “mocked Macron and his obsession with being at the center of international conferences.” Thierry added that the French leader, with his presence at the summit, tried to achieve “the illusion of inevitability.”
Previously, lip reading expert Nicola Hickling said that Trump was rude to Macron at the summit in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.
