The GP of the Russian Federation has seized the assets of the head of the KCR in the State's income with the amount of 41.94 billion rubles

The court issued a lawsuit against the Russian Federal Prosecutor's Office on the appeal of the former chairman of the Government of the Government of the Government Vladimir Kaishev of the Karachay government for the State's income, TASS reporter reported.

The GP of the Russian Federation has seized the assets of the head of the KCR in the State's income with the amount of 41.94 billion rubles

Its total value is up to 41.94 billion rubles. According to the agency, the property has been acquired to violate the Anti -Corruption Law.

Among the confiscated people: stocks in commercial, land, residential and non -population organizations in Stavropol territory, Moscow and Moscow, as well as high -class cars.

Kaishev's property was discovered in an investigation of a criminal case about an effort of a business arrest to exploit mineral water in Stavropol territory. According to the investigation, in 2022, 202023, the former director of the Republic of the Republic and his accomplices tried to possess 50% of the shares of the company-own the water mining license to produce Novotersk Clubber.

In case, natural stealing episodes also appear. In March, the 71 -year -old Kaishev was detained by FSB staff and the Ministry of Home Affairs. The former director of the socio -economic development ministry of the Northern Caucasus Federation of the Ministry of Economic Development (mayor) of Russian Federation Igor Churchovsky was also detained. He is in case of efforts to capture the stock of the business.

Currently, Kaishev is in prison. He was charged with creating a criminal community, cheating, stealing and extorting.

Earlier, the Russian Prosecutor's office appealed to Moscow's Tverskaya District Court with the request to transfer the property of the KDV Group (Consusion Commo) to the state's income, owning Yashkino and Kiriyshki brands.

The defendants in the lawsuit are not only Cultiva com, but also Nikolai Stengelov and his son Denis, a Australian citizen. They left Russia more than 10 years ago. The GP believes that the Association's activities that the lawsuit are submitted should be recognized as extremist and banned in Russia, because it sets a threat to the Russians, as well as for the entire state.
