AMD plans to release the updated version of the Radeon RX 9070 Green Video card, increasing the volume of video memory from 12 to 16 GB. According to sources of the industry, an official release may take place in September or October.
Radeon RX 9070 GRE is represented in May as an original model designed for the Chinese market, but then appears in other countries. It has been offered for about $ 500, slightly lower than the RX 9070. Now the company is preparing an improved option, expected to have more demand from customers.
The change is the expansion of the memory volume from 12 GB to 16 GB, which also implies the conversion from 192 bit tire to 256 bit. This will bring a card with characteristics for other models based on Navi 48.
