Law enforcement officials are investigating a sex slavery case involving more than 20 defendants. This was reported by the Office of the RF Investigative Committee of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

According to the investigation, the organizer was a 36-year-old local resident. For seven years, with his accomplices (about 40 people), he found single women and teenagers. The victim's passport was confiscated and they were forced to provide services to customers. The organizers took all the money.
“Detainees did not have the opportunity to contact relatives and could not contact law enforcement agencies,” the publication reported.
The participants in the scheme themselves often raped the girls. Some of them tried to escape but were forced back and subjected to “sophisticated forms of punishment.” A total of 25 women suffered from the actions of the organized crime group.
Among the defendants are 20 men and 5 women ranging from 17 to 53 years old. They were all detained, 18 of them were taken into custody.
